By accessing or using The Stock Game ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
The Stock Game is a virtual stock trading simulation game. All trading activity uses virtual currency only. No real money is invested in actual stocks. The App uses real-time market data for educational and entertainment purposes only.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, username/password, or play as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user starts with $30,000 in virtual currency.
Virtual currency within the App has no real-world monetary value. In-app purchases provide additional virtual currency or premium features for entertainment purposes only. Virtual currency cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real money.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) post offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content; (d) attempt to exploit or manipulate the App's systems; (e) impersonate other users or entities.
Users may create posts, messages, and other content. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to display it within the App. We may remove content that violates these terms.
The App is for entertainment and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. AI-generated analysis is simulated and should not be used for real investment decisions.
You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy settings in the App. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data including characters, portfolios, and trading history.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of virtual currency or data.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
